"We solicited bids from three pool builders before choosing Denali Pools: a large national builder, a small local custom builder, and Denali, a regional custom builder. Denali was not the cheapest option, but their design concept was exactly what we were after without us ever telling them what we wanted. The fact that they envisioned the space the way we did, with no prompting from us, gave us confidence that they would deliver the best outcome. Before we chose Denali, a neighbor told us Henry was responsible for transforming his backyard and that if we went with Denali, we should specifically request him. We did, we got him, and he delivered. Henry, the construction manager, is the reason we're satisfied customers with a well-built pool. A company can promise quality, but it's the construction manager who actually makes it happen day to day. Henry was responsive in addressing the normal hiccups that come with a large construction job, and just as quick to handle anything unexpected. He communicated with me every single day. "The Denali team was great to work with from the initial consultation all the way through completion of our project. If you’re considering a new pool project, you need to give Denali a chance. Our consultant / designer, Devon, essentially had the perfect concept from the start, and worked diligently to refine the design to meet our goals. One of the most important issues with any contractor is communication. Our superintendant, Scott always kept us informed throughout the build process.
